Booking confirmation and rent payment
Kaunisvirta riverside cottage is located in Kymenlaakso in Pyhtää. Check in is at 16:00 and check out is at 12:00. If there is availability at the cottage, the check in and check out times may be flexible. Additional time must always be agreed separately with customer service.
When booking, the price of the first night will be charged if it is more than 2 months before the start of the stay. The rest will be charged two months before check-in. In other cases, the entire reservation amount will be charged. The reservation system requests payment according to our reservation conditions. If you want to pay for the reservation with an invoice, contact our customer service at asikaspalvelu@kotteria.com. In this case, name, address, social security number/birthday, e-mail address and phone number are required for booking.
When you have made the requested payment in the reservation system and the cottage has been booked for you, a reservation confirmation will be sent to your email. There is a link in the confirmation, which you can use to view your reservation and, if necessary, also pay the final rent. The code for the key-safe will be sent to your email no later than the day before you log in.
Additional services
If you want, you can bring your own bed linen and towels and clean yourself after the stay. In that case there will be no additional costs to pay other than the rent. But we offer customers to enjoy the stay more by offering some additional services. You can book the below mentioned additional services upon booking, but also later if needed. If you wish to book additional services after the booking is made, please contact our customer service.

Villa Kaunisvirta bookings and availability
The calendar shows booked dates as “Booking xxx”. If no entries are made, the accommodation will be free from 16:00 onwards. You can view your booking and print a receipt once you have the booking number. The booking number can be found in the attached calendar and also on your booking confirmation, which is sent to your email immediately after booking.
